Selfish parking has caused large tail backs, canceled buses and blocked ambulances at Borrowdale Valley today. Everyone of these vehicles will receive a ticket from Allerdale proactive team. Heartbreaking to see babies crying in hot cars stuck in traffic due to selfish parking.
