Day 2 #DW2024 My first role was an acute Band 5 after 7 unsuccessful interviews, and I got it as a last resort. I never imagined progressing to a team leader, becoming a lecturer, and leading a dietetics course. Now, I'm on the train to London to discuss national recommendations!
