If nursing quality indicators (rate of nursing turnover, appropriate nursing ratios, getting legally required breaks, average years of experience on a unit, fall rate, CAUTI/CLABSI/HAPI) were taken as seriously as say, drinks on the unit, the world (for *everyone*) would improve.
