Just when we thought it was safe to go back into the racecourse to serve 5,000 customers per day for the Christmas Festival at Leopardstown, Covid says no. Food prepared, kegs tapped, shelves stocked and staff ready to go, but alas it just isn’t possible this year.

I am so proud of the Fitzers Catering culture and the team behind the logo that was in full flow when the news broke on Christmas Eve 😢 and we needed to react, roll up our sleeves and begin the arduous steps to salvage another hospitality letdown.

The unseen effort & work by our hospitality team of experts to prepare for such a momentous occasion was a credit to our team of passionate, hard working and dedicated staff. The hits keep coming, but we are resilient and we believe better days are coming, if no one told you.
