Now we are seeing new college graduates who came here after 2007 who never qualified for DACA. They are graduating from college but can't work. What a broken system.

I run the Jackson Heights Immigrant Center in Queens. We have helped over 1,000 families apply for asylum with zero help from the city. Too many people are waiting 11 months are longer.

Everyone can help asylum seekers. You need a lawyer to over see the process, but there is a lot of just paperwork to do that most anyone can help with. Forms have to be filed online in English. Everyone should jump in and help! jhimmigrantcenter.com

Parole does not work. It takes a month to figure out how to apply and have an address here. Then you have to wait 5 months for it to be issues and expires at the end of the year.....also it costs $410.
