Ministers have taken refuge in the statement "We shall follow up" on every Matter of National Importance raised at the floor of Parliament. This needs to change, follow up done and the MPs concerned informed on the progress accordingly!

This was the last time I saw my friend and comrade Nyanjura Doreen Omutatina the deputy lord mayor of Kampala, a year a go, before I fled the country. It is not a coincidence that she is visiting me in Germany today, the same day I last met her. 😁😁 Her and I are like two peas in a pod🙈
