Supported by 14 other Trusts, we have written to the Secretary of State Department for Culture, Media and Sport, The Rt Hon Lisa Nandy MP. Our letter raises concerns about the lack of reference to STs within the fan consultation process in the Football Governance Bill, scheduled for its second reading tomorrow.

Good to see other Supporters Trusts in the East Midlands last night to discuss the progress of the Football Governance Bill and other fan issues. Chair Andy Roberts and Treasurer Bob Clarke joined up with representatives of Trusts from Grimsby, Leicester, Lincoln and Scunthorpe.

We have voted against proposals to change the The FSA constitution. We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, not the FSA, and are concerned that this change will undermine the independence of Trusts at a time of significant change for football governance.
