Update from State: Ethan and Ian drop their first match to Rolla’s #1 doubles team. After advancing to the backside, they earned a FFT win over Lincoln College Prep. They will play the loser of MICDS and Platte County in a couple hours.

After a long day of waiting, Ethan and Ian fell to Platte County’s #1 Doubles team. They nearly pushed it to a 3rd set breaker but just fell a few points short. An excellent season nevertheless, capped off with our first trip to state. Next stop..Lambert’s!!

I'm sure someday it'll get easier, but today was not that day. We held our End of Season banquet and said goodbye to eleven seniors, nine of which were here since day one. Tomorrow may be their last day at NP, but their impact is immeasurable. Spring '25 was one for the books.

Contrary to popular belief, most elite athletes didn’t specialize in their sport very early in life. Instead, they played many sports and didn’t specialize until they found a sport that they loved and that fit their strengths.
