It’s productive to convert notes into evergreen notes which are simple and make a single, short, succinct point. These points then act as key markers and hooks from which to hang other thinking and ideas that are related, or add to, that initial evergreen note.

When you're a kid, hanging out with friends is 80% playing and 20% talking. When you're an adult it's more like 5% playing and 95% talking not trying to suggest that the natural adult balance would be the same as the kids', but feels like something's gone wrong here...
