I have done quite a bit of work on objective reduction using new approaches - in particular network automata that I suggest may be the actual underlying physical substrate of the universe in my own writing on Alpha theory. The work by Hameroff et al is a big inspiration.

I am betting this will be the most interesting reading I encounter this summer! I really like the approach explained in the abstract. It aligns well with my own thinking on metacognition but offers extremely fertile new theoretical (and possibly practical) tools.
