If running Knots just makes mining centralization worse, it would seem that big miners would be promoting its usage if that were the case. Miners are expected to act in their own economic interests, right?

It’s interesting seeing the Monero fans virtue signaling about being anti-filters all while having merged a patch that introduces a filter for their equivalent of OP_RETURN all because of Monero ordinals.
Literally adding a filter that they’re virtue signaling against now in
