The FOI Justin Warren requested for #Robodebt took seven years and court action before they released it. The government, can't spec and purchase a CRM or basic database with a password that is more secure than a spreadsheet saved on sharepoint, but sure let's "AI" moar things.

The hundreds of thousands of #Robodebt victims that went to Legal Aid and other CLC's overwhelmed those severely under resourced services, who have again faced repeated funding cuts. They need efficiencies. Home Affairs needs more, qualified staff. Or simplify immigration.
