Great days are made of this @NorthMidNHS launching our work with AccessAble, celebrating #WorldSickleCellDay, learning about urology health, honouring our volunteers and celebrating estates and facilities colleagues on #estatesandfacilitiesday.

It had to be done. I joined many of the @NorthMidNHS contingent in Birmingham for #BAUS2024 to celebrate the unique moment when trailblazer Ms Jean McDonald, was awarded the gold medal in urology. First woman recipient and first black female urologist. Remarkable in every way.

It has taken till today to recover from the incredible celebration of @NorthMidNHS staff. Our #StaffAwards2024 took place Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - the highlight amongst many, was our 85 year-old #VolunteerOfTheYear dancing across the stage with our chief nurse Lenny Byrne Bring on 2025!
