UPDATE: To get your global #nostr feed under control, try our custom relay. Connect to wss://relay.nostr.band/YOUR_NPUB (replace YOUR_NPUB with your pubkey npub1xxxx), and you will only see posts by your friends (those you follow), and friends of friends. Really helps :)
