(NCPS) We loved finding the Pingles and all the different wildlife. We are getting ready for the tractor ride to feed the cows.

WOW Day fun! The children came to school in their ‘holiday’ clothes. For our WOW Day task the children designed their dream seaside resort. We can’t wait to learn about different places around the world as part of our new topic ‘Happy Holidays!’

(MR) Year 3/4 had a fabulous start to the day with a livestream visit to the Eden Project in Cornwall. We had a live tour of the Tropical Rainforest biome and had lots of good tips on what we can do to help protect the world's rainforests.

(MR) The Harriers started off their new topic in good style. Plenty of intrepid explorers and some fabulous art making leaves and butterflies for the rainforest display.

(MR) The Falcons celebrated their Rainforest Wow Day this week, with some amazing explorer costumes. One of our Y3 boys also had spent his holiday creating this incredible rainforest landscape - certainly worthy of the first Golden Coin this term!

(NCPS) Thank you to all our grown-ups who came to our ‘Read with Me’ session. The children enjoyed sharing books and designing a bookmark to take home.

(NCPS) Hornbeams loved having their adults in the class to read to them. They chose their favourite books and sat and read. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon 😊
