No@cooker for 14 days British Gas Help are no help! Absolute joke! What am I paying £700 a year for????

Very disappointed with British Gas Help called twice to see about my refund. The appliance team and been notified and instructed to call me back but nothing! #8weels without oven and microwave pls sort this

This is why British Gas Help are going down. This person spoke to me 1/10/10 and his out of office reply is still on for August 2021! Sort it out BG I still waiting for my refund and a reply from this guy!

Feel really let down by M&S who delivered the wrong sofa yesterday which was also damaged and wet. They said they would contact me to find out where is went but I’ve seen a new order for another 3 months. No communication #badservice #noapoligy
