Today I was full of frustration & irritation. Now that I’m a bit calmer, I see it. I need a day of rest. My body, mind, & soul beg for it through strong emotions. I will listen & rest. Tomorrow is another day.

I’m definitely burnt out today. Went to put my food back into the fridge but instead I put my spoon in the fridge. 😂😂

Good morning. Monday is off to a good start. Coffee lid fell off my coffee pot & coffee went everywhere. 😭 At least I was able to save some coffee for drinking. And I had a good nights sleep. ☕️
