We once played a titanic, epic game of TWILIGHT STRUGGLE and vowed there’s no need to ever play it again! Thankfully Dominant Species Marine is giving us the same titanic/epic vibe EVERY SINGLE GAME. It’s brutal, but utterly absorbing! It HAS to adjust my top 10 games now!

July had a bundle of highlights!

Final production copy of Dani Garcia’s Daitoshi, which Devir will debut at SPIEL Essen 24. A Devir rep says the game is roughly equivalent in complexity to Bitoku. The box is so full everything’s barely fits! BGG page: boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/4026… —WEM

Lots more Ultimate Railroads played including a titanic 481-454 vs #theFrenchman - German Railroads really opens up the variability! For the price there’s a fabulous amount of game in this box!

It’s Clank! In Space time aboard Cyber Station 11!

Emma and I enjoyed #norwichgamescon although 3 locations was a little weird. Daveed #theFrenchman met us and we had fun and interesting chats with stall holders! We picked up a game each in the bring and buy and I got a cool tee from Matt #Shirts_and_Merch (insta)

This was Alexander Pfister’s first ‘Board’game? Oh wow! It’s phenomenally good!

8 Players + 2 Colt Express base games + Coloured post-its + an extra Marshall and minus 2 cars to make it interesting! Worked really well! Great fun! Thursday Game Night! #pulhamboardgamers
