Marinated Lamb Rib Review: Tastes really good (Garlic/Rosemary/Cumin etc), but still too much connective tissue left throughout meat. Grilled low for 45mins, but will probably bake for 2 hours next time. (Air fried chewy pieces made for delicious crispy treats though!)
