In Mainz this week for European Workshop on Algorithmic Fairness to present our paper "Policy advice and best practices on bias and fairness in AI", which is based on the NoBIAS ITN Project's ESRs' research. Last week I defended my PhD thesis on causal algorithmic fairness Scuola Normale. Thanks to Mykola Pechenizkiy, Joshua Loftus, and Eirini Ntoutsi for the questions. A big thanks to my advisor, Salvatore Ruggieri, the NoBIAS ITN Project, the KDD Lab Pisa, and my friends/family for supporting me these four years.
