I bought some bulbs to plan once the weather turned cold. Put them in the garage, up high. Apparently the squirrels though I was providing a tasty snack! 🤦‍♀️

We’re having our hardwood floor being redone in just the dining room. Even though it’s closed off, the polyurethane fumes gave me a headache AND a sore throat. Thought I was getting COVID a 2nd time this month! It dissipated 5 hrs. later, thank God. Today is coat 2 of 3. 😩

This is my view every day when I drive the 8 mins. to town center. It makes me happy every day the sun is out.

This year’s Halloween decorations…a series of six spiders on boulders by the road & 7 black cats trailing from the shrubs.

Our little town has a “Main St.” Christmas light parade every year for the kids. It travels to the town green for the lighting of the town Christmas tree and a visit from Santa. Kevin enjoyed it.

Connecticut finally received significant snow for the first time this winter — about a foot or more. It’s snowing again today. I miss the old New England winters. No more frozen lakes & ponds for ice fishing, skating/hockey and cross-country skiing. ☹️
