Huskies succumb to a talented Oswego HS team 3-13 in 6 innings. Matthews gets loss. Witzigreuter and Matthews (RBI) collect 2H each. Larsen,Chmiel,Pedersen (2B),Patterson also collect hits for the Huskies. Back at home tomorrow for a DVC rematch with Metea Valley.

Huskies flip the score from Tues. and bounce back to beat MV. Chmiel 5 inn. Win- 7K 2 W 2 ER, Matthews gets perfect inn. as well in circle in relief. Chmiel HR 6 RBI and Patterson 2B RBI get 3H each. Rossi (3B) gets 2H and SB. Bretag/Witzigreuter/Wade with the dandy 6-4-3 DP.

Huskies needed almost perfect game to defeat WV at home 4-3. Chmiel 6.1 IP 12K 3BB gets win. Matthews gets 2 out save with runners in scoring position. Bretag, Yaeger make big plays. Witzigreuter STL play. Pedersen 2H 1R, Yeager big sac bunt RBI, Witz- big 2 out H, RBI IN 6th.

SB travels to first place NV and holds on to secure a 3-2 win. Chmiel CG 12K 4BB. Larsen 2 out RBI double, Pedersen 2 out single tied game. Ava Matthews puts ball in play to secure 3rd run. Yaeger key difficult catch on LF in the 7th. Witzigreuter ends a rally in 5th w/STL play.
