This reveals an appalling attitude to his victim, to women, and the court. If I were the judge, I’d haul him back to court and extend his sentence.

One night I saw a man in the street looking through windows of houses with his trousers down. I told police. They weren't that bothered. So I apprehended him. Police eventually came and arrested him, but never asked me for a statement or updated me. That attitude must change.
