Looking at losing some weight and stumbled upon this invaluable advice from medicaldarpan.com "It is recommended that 24 hours of fasting be done only once a day."

Q: A government sells off 300 courts. It limits the days that remaining courts can open. It cuts police by 21k, prosecutors by 1/3 and forces out 25% of criminal barristers. The case backlog is a record 60,000. How many years on average will a victim of crime wait for a trial?

I've many close friends who served in the Armed Forces, including Special Forces. I couldn't tell you if any of them ever killed anyone, let alone how many they killed. It's disrespectful, made worse by calling other humans "chess pieces". This won't help his security worries.

This reveals an appalling attitude to his victim, to women, and the court. If I were the judge, I’d haul him back to court and extend his sentence.

One night I saw a man in the street looking through windows of houses with his trousers down. I told police. They weren't that bothered. So I apprehended him. Police eventually came and arrested him, but never asked me for a statement or updated me. That attitude must change.

Crumbling courts are due to years of chronic underfunding. I have asked ⁦⁦⁦HM Courts and Tribunals Service⁩ to confirm how many cases are impacted,& provide urgent reassurance all victims have been notified in good time. It's vital disruption is kept to a minimum. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-englan…
