John Henderson takes our delegates through how leaders can adapt to the size of an organisation, adapting to circumstances, adapting to #COVID, and how vital resilience is.

Taking the time to reflect, and reflecting about leadership, as well as stepping back is really important for leaders.

Decompression: having a conversation with someone who is going through the same experience as you and saying that was hard can make a big difference for good leadership.
