As this is our first contract, there are bound to be some growing pains, and while neither side walked away entirely satisfied, the contract is amicable, and it stands as the foundation and backbone for our Union in the future.

Trust is being rebuilt between the workers and management, which will lead to a stronger, retained and unified workforce.

One very impressive thing we'd like to address is that there was a genuine commitment shown by Noble Knight Games to bargain in good faith with NKGU.

A completely ratified contract in less than a year is considered an anomaly, but it doesn't, and shouldn't have to be.

Noble Knight Games has emerged as a stalwart leader in how a business can invest in its employees and thrive.

We greatly hope that our journey has a ripple effect on other businesses, where in the near future, they might be swayed to work with, not against, their workforce based on the example set by Noble Knight Games.

The Union would like to thank each and every employee of Noble Knight Games who helped make us the powerhouse in table top gaming that we are today!

Though not everyone who started this adventure remains with us, their commitment and overwhelming dedication to their fellow coworkers is the very principle that made the union possible in the first place.

Thank you to those in the Communications Workers of America, #CWA for seeing us through this from start to finish. Your guidance and patience as you welcomed NKGU under your umbrella was paramount in effective bargaining.
