Abby Gray will replace retiring William Fine as Indiana's Utility Consumer Counselor. Gray has been with the office since 2009. The agency represents all Indiana consumers to “ensure quality, reliable utility services at the most reasonable prices possible."

Attorney General Todd Rokita says the 2020 census was flawed because it counted noncitizens. He supports redistricting in Indiana, which would likely use the same census data. The U.S. Constitution calls for an "enumeration" of "all persons."
