Interested in extracting true singlets from scRNA-seq data? Excited to share the first research publication from the lab. Amazing teamwork by Goyal lab and super proud of Madeline Melzer
Beautiful story with beautiful figures from the lab @yogeshgoyallab. This is a nice example of the importance of careful data analysis which can lead to big findings. Very impressive work by Danielle Pi (she/her) and Jonas Brau.
Excited to share our review in Annual Reviews! Glad for the opportunity to contribute and have insightful discussions with Hanxiao, Madeline Melzer&@yogeshgoyallab. We discuss cell state, fate and plasticity in cancer therapy resistance and hope it adds clarity to these concepts.
We at IISER Berhampur are excited to announce a Workshop-cum-Symposium on "Computational Oncology: Systems and Advanced Omics Approaches in Cancer Biology" in collaboration with the Param Hansa Centre for Computational Oncology, IISc Bangalore, and with the support of Dr. Mohit
Really excited to share our latest preprint in collaboration with Sandeep Choubey's lab. Mycobacterium tuberculosis Nucleoid Associated protein Lsr2 and DNA undergo sequence-dependent co-condensation. Check it out here: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
Thank you @yogeshgoyallab, grateful to be part of the lab! Northwestern CSB Excited to be part of the first cohort of CSB postdoctoral fellowship and looking forward to learning and growing along side other fellows.
Thank you, Northwestern CSB! I am very glad to have the incredible support and opportunity as a CSB postdoctoral fellow.
This paper by my labmate Ben Kuznets-Speck frames genotype–phenotype mapping as an optimization problem over transcriptomic responses. A practical way to identify causal gene sets!
Excited to share this amazing work by Ben Kuznets-Speck from our lab using physics-inspired model to predict how cells respond to perturbations—just by reading the gene fluctuations! Happy to be part of it biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
The next is characterisation of a swarming phenotype in calsyntenin mutants of C. elegans. Navneet Shahi spearheaded this cool work and was helped by Nisha Kumari, Sharveri Khapre and Dimple. Thanks also to Egemen and Askin Kocabas for collaborating. 8/n biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
It was great to be part of this study from Luisa Arispe and Yogesh Goyal lab just out in Cell Systems . We describe the dynamics of growth of mouse aorta , specifically role of cell extrusion in the homeostasis. sciencedirect.com/science/articl….
