Korematsu was a terrible decision that upheld the internment of 120K+ Japanese Americans and was, famously, followed by Roosevelt. It took SCOTUS 74 years to renounce it. Republicans invoking Korematsu to say court orders don't need to be followed is ridiculous and offensive.

Today is the 31st anniversary of the founding of both APAICS and CAPAC by Secretary Norman Y. Mineta and former Delegate Robert Underwood. Together, we are building a robust pipeline of AA & NH/PI leaders to pursue public service at all levels of government.
