People feel anxios and desperate because they are thinking of the end result. Focusing on the thing that you are supposed to do without thinking about the end result will increase your likelyhood of succeeding.

If you’re in your 20s, don’t ignore your health. Most older people I meet regret not taking care of themselves early. Work is important, but so are exercise and good sleep. Sitting at your computer all day and working till 3 AM isn’t a flex.
