First BME capstone team success! So lucky to work with an incredibly talented team of undergrads this year in a joint collaboration with Madeleine Oudin.
A bit delayed, but we have been celebrating the lab’s first PhD students Emily Pallack and Patrick Flynn who passed their qualifying exams last week! So proud and grateful to have them do great science with me.
What a week of science! Great experience as an ECR reviewer for NIH study section. Co-chaired the neural tissue engineering session with Jessica Butts 9 years after presenting at our first TERMIS world congress. Fun times with Shelly Sakiyama Ph.D.. Love seeing friends old and new!
