Interesting report, though fails to suggest reducing the prison population through meaningful reform, i.e. amending Florida’s egregious #prr law.

When the FL legislature says they care about the staff in DOC, this is how they’re saying it. It might be one thing to not care about the safety of the incarcerated, but their own employees?! Start passing meaningful retroactive reform to reduce the population.
