Shocked at the continued lack of customer service I have been given @robinsandday. They have had my car for seven weeks for a 4 hour job. I have a bill of nearly £1000. Despite several emails and arranging a meeting with the manager, I have just been fobbed off yet again!!!!!!!

Horrendous service from @robinsandday, a 4 hour job has gone on for over 6 weeks. Little communication, but now a huge bill. The garage still have my car I am not happy and despite explaining the situation to Citroën they won't get involved. #theydontcare #dowhatyoulike

Extremely upset & disappointed Citroën I have been treated horrendously by @robinsandday. My car has been with them for 53 days now. £1000 later the car can't be repaired. It's just wrong. Please share if you agree #letsmakethemlisten #ripoff

Never buy a car or get works done by Citroën or @robinsandday especially if your a woman. My car has been held hostage for 58days and I've now been threatened with legal action as I dispute the complete lack of service. Massive bill to be told my car engine is no good it's wrong
