PG Wodehouse's works for me. I have re-read many of his books so far and sometimes more than twice but then the very first time I got my hands on a PGW and experienced his sense of humor & exquisite language - as a teenager - remains one of the most blissful moments of my life

Only insightful & wise people know when to treat an adult like an adult & when to treat them like a child (there are times when the child in the adult needs to be addressed). It's the very same people who know that a child should be treated like an adult on several occasions

For the first time ever, I went to a vegetable shop in which the vendor canvassed for the veggies I did not pick up. Ma'am, what about cucumber? Have you checked cauliflower? Don't you need onions? He finally dropped two chillis for free in the bag 😄

No relationship that is primarily built on pleasantries and superficial conversations can be called strong. The best relationships are those that have survived conflict, have no grudges despite disagreements, include uncomfortable conversations & acceptance of genuine criticism
