Sometimes a paper comes out that takes you waaaay back. When I was an undergraduate, I did targeted mutagenesis on Rev1 and found the importance of the BRCT and its CTD. Part of my senior thesis and never published. Now we know exactly why. nature.com/articles/s4159…
