Ater a botched trip to vegas a couple of months ago and sitting on the tarmack for 4 hours Spirit Airlines issued me $300 in vouchers

Guess what Spirit Airlines they don't work and online the system says the value of the voucher is 9.99

I received $300 in vouchers for the botched flight for my daughters and I and now when I try to redeem them, they are actually worth nothing!? Such bad business Spirit Airlines
