Our latest manuscript is live! Postdoc Cori Cahoon developed and used the auxin degron system to conditionally immobilize #celegans for live imaging. Works efficiently in both hermaphrodite and male worms! Cori also found males need higher auxin levels. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
