School leaders! Remember this is a highly stressed-out time for everyone. The next couple of weeks are going to be more stressful. With nativity, tiredness, and anxieties about Christmas Bubbles. Give plenty of support and appreciation to all your staff. Remember to Smile.

Excellent blog. Simply doing ‘the thing’ isn’t the same as it being done well. Excellent teaching isn’t a tick list - it’s an art that requires feel, being responsive and use of judgement. It incorporates lots of ‘things’. Crucially, and without doubt….thinking 🙂

My hot take on the Ofsted stuff is that, if you had a well-funded system with lots of extra people, it would help drive school improvement (and *could* reduce stress). As the system currently stands: I’m concerned it’ll drown people in workload.

Fab blog - will be borrowing some of this. I always have wellbeing as the first agenda point (although sometimes it requires a bit of warming up to get to the bottom of this bit. The 2nd and 3rd sections are what went well this week and what are the priorities for next week.

We never forget the ones who believed in us! Not because they changed the world, But because they changed ours. Teachers. Leaders. Coaches. The real power? They made us believe too. #ThePowerOfBelief #Encouragement
