Seriously disgusted with #bt no broadband for now 13 days over Christmas. 4 promised appointed slots to fix issue. No ownership or accountability with any bt manager. No call backs from managers on duty. HALO customer treated terrible. Letter going to Philip Jansen CEO of BT

Really poor service The Co-operative Bank UK my wife is trying to set up internet banking for my elderly mother in law - Last week 2 hours chatting with customer support and nothing achieved - no call back on Monday as promised and today on hold for 1/2 hour to even get through!!
