Most people just need to do more. Send more DMs. Post more content. Lift more weights. Talk to more girls. The idea that you can hit a home run on the first try is ridiculous. Everybody who you look up to has just done way more work than you. That's the separator.

The hardest part of anything in life is the beginning. First at bat of the game. Approaching that girl. First weight lifting sesh. If you want to learn a new skill, accept that you will suck. For a while. And that’s okay. Because if you don’t quit, one day, you’ll be good

Stop expecting success to come easily to you. There will always be bumps in the road. New challenges to overcome. The greater the challenge, the greater the opportunity. The bigger the problem, the bigger the payout. The harder something is, the sweeter the success.

Stop giving yourself an excuse to not do the work. It doesn't take time to make decisions. You don't need to "figure things out". There is nothing holding you back but your mind. Do the work you know you need to do. Then do it again, every day, for a long time.

When it gets hard, you know you’re on the right track. When it gets easy, you go hard.

If you can’t go more than 5 minutes in silence with no phone, music, tv show, podcast, etc. and you’re struggling to get to where you want to be in life, that’s exactly why. Focus is a superpower in the modern world. Learn it and watch your life transform.

Most people use self-care activities as an excuse to not do the work they actually need to do.

Walking is like steroids for the brain. Put your phone away and walk. Let your mind wander. You will surprise yourself with what you come up with.

Everybody is creative, but most never give themselves the space needed to be creative. If you’re always consuming, you’ll never have time to produce. Become a producer.

I just hit 10,000 followers on Instagram. It’s been a goal of mine for the last year, and I finally hit it. Oddly enough, nothings changed. No celebrations, no parties, no increased status. My life is the same. The lesson I’m taking: Fall in love with the process.
