New paper alert! 🚨 Using a 24hr compositional approach, we found that not all sedentary behaviour is “bad” for cognition in older adults, and recreational PA may be most beneficial - but for cardiometabolic health, every minute of PA counts 🏃 academic.oup.com/biomedgerontol…
