Tracked Boxer continues to accumulate test miles as vehicle reliability is assessed and improved. Particular attention is being paid to noise and vibration. It can carry all existing wheeled Boxer mission modules, including the RCH155 artillery gun module. Removable side pods

My weekend reading and conversations have convinced me that any idea Putin is about to be ousted by his own people is pure wishful thinking. From a Russian perspective, the only reason to get rid of Putin is to replace him with someone harder and more committed to achieving

FN Defender weapon station with 12.7x99 mm M3 Browning machine gun firing at 1,200 rounds per minute. Highly effective in the C-UAS role, and even more so versus dismounted infantry and light vehicles.

Given the controversy about giving Ukraine missiles that can be used to hit targets inside Russia, I find this story surprising. The stealthy AGM-158 JASSM has a 575-mile range (not 230 miles) and a 450 kg warhead. The longer-range AGM-158B-2 reaches 1,200 miles and has a 900 kg

I recently posted a tweet stating that a significant proportion of Ukraine's army was comprised of older men. According to the UK Times, the average age is 43. These men are willing to fight and die in the place of younger Ukrainians, because they want the country's youth to be

If the Defender is goes back into UK production, and Land-Rover starts making the military version again, and the price is reasonable, is there any reason why the Army can't carry on using Land-Rovers?

This should worry us in Britain. If our enemies can mislead and manipulate our own people without them realising it, this will allow authoritarian states to assert their political agendas without firing a shot. It's like boiling a frog slowly instead of throwing him in the pot.

It always feels so unnecessary when service personnel die in peacetime and the loss of Lt. Rhodri Leyshon will be keenly felt by his family, friends and colleagues. It was very unusual for two out three of the Merlin's engines to fail. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

ARTEC Boxer with RCT30 un-crewed turret. The fully stabilised Rheinmetall Mk-30-2 cannon fires 30x173 mm APFSDS and air burst ammunition. It can engage ground and aerial targets to 3 km. Twin Spike ER anti-tank missiles can defeat MBTs at 8 km.
