This made me cry 😢 sometimes, working in older adult mental health, as with any NHS service, you get so caught up in the day to day you just carry on and don't stop and think. This made me stop and think again.

Fantastic to have speech and language therapists specialising in Dementia. Our in-patient SLT team offer specialist input but also aim to have targeted approaches to increase the experience in interaction beyond words. How lucky we are to have them in our team ♥️
