Sat on the beach with a beer, taking in all in. Reflecting on how far I've come since trying to end my life two years ago. Coping with bipolar disorder is hard work, and I still go to dark places at times, but on a day like this I'm so incredibly glad that I'm still here ♥️

Morning. Awake since 4am, thanks to some inquisitive sheep! Grateful though, as got to spend an hour walking on the beach as the sun came up. An uplifting start to what has the makings of a spectacular day.
