A couple East West rail references in the document suggesting that the government is still commited to EWR, which is great to hear considering all the other infrastructure projects that have been cancelled in the transport sector revently

There's a HUGE difference between using AI art for commercial or public purposes, versus using it for private stuff. Youtube thumbnail? Commission an artist or buy a license to use something that already exists. Making art for 100s of NPCs for your private DnD game? Go for it.
