Honestly peace for me is just understanding myself. Understanding what is and what isn’t. Acceptance for whatever situation I’m in. But it isn’t about happiness all the time. It’s seeing value in my life even when I’m not okay. It’s patience. That’s peace.

Embarrassed for what? Life humbled me a few times, but I never folded. Lost people, jobs, love, money still popped out smiling. You can't shame somebody who owns their story. I said what I said.

Sometimes I find myself wanting to clap back. Bite at everyone who bark at me. But then I look at those people, like really look at them.. what kinda life they’re living. The choices they’re making. The things they do. Compared to who I am, what I do & the way I think and move.

Being a GROWN woman really requires silence. Let people run with whatever narrative of you and let them feed it to whoever listens.
