Well articulated debate and worth 30mins listen. I wonder how those working for the “health” of populations feel about leading transformation to secure the future of the NHS. Are we thinking radically enough? Is continual demand hampering much required innovation?

A lot of NHS commentary suffers from "Battle of Britain Syndrome". It assumes that what matters for success is purely the heroic efforts of the front-line staff...

A&E waiting rooms turning into treatment cubicles and overnight stay facilities- only without adequate equipment. Equipment & tech could turn what feels like a survival challenge into a care environment… Have some ideas, could use some collaborators… anyone else?👇🏻
