Not a great day for #lungcancer. The 🇨🇦 HTA process @CADTH_ACMTS declines larotrectinib for NTRK cancer & provisionally declines pembrolizumab/chemo in squamous NSCLC. The treatments are costly, but safe, effective and helpful. We will work together for fixes. Lung Cancer Canada
