Meet Alexis! Alexis is a senior Biochemistry major from Florence, S.C with a minor in Public Health. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. The best piece of advice that she has ever received is to “Be who you are.”

Meet Matthew! Matthew is a senior Elementary Education major from Swansea, S.C. His preferred pronouns are he/him/his. If he could act in any movie in his life, it would be in High School Musical as Sharpay Evans.

Meet Tate! Tate is a senior Intelligence and National Security Studies major from Charleston, S.C. His preferred pronouns are he/him/his. His favorite quote is “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift, and that’s why we call it the present.”

Meet Jimmie! Jimmie is a senior Interdisciplinary Studies major from Lancaster, S.C. His preferred pronouns are he/him/his. His favorite song is anything by Beyoncé and if he could travel back in time, he’d go to the 70s. Jimmie is excited to meet all the new students!

Meet Liz! Liz is a sophomore Marine Science and Anthropology & Geology double major from Claysburg, Pa. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. Her favorite quote is “People change people,” and her favorite Coastal tradition is OK Day.

Meet Sha-Nya, also known as Purps! Purps is a junior Communication major from Orangeburg, S.C. with a minor is Hospitality, Resort, and Tourism Management. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. When she was a child, she wanted to be a teacher.

Meet Rachel! Rachel is a sophomore Health Communication major from Conway, S.C. with a minor in History. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. As a child, she wanted to be a pediatrician when she got older. She’s so happy to welcome new Chants to CCU!
