The Hudson Tunnel, creating funding streams for NJ Transit, and signing the Target Zero law signals a prioritization of safety. #NJSOTS These Governor Phil Murphy accomplishments are great, but we hope this year’s budget reflects funds for improvements to our ancient water infrastructure.

When we talk about affordability, it's important to ask: affordable for who? At a time when so many are struggling to make ends meet, we should not be spending our limited resources on programs like StayNJ that disproportionately benefit the wealthy.

We appreciate Governor Phil Murphy's commitment to funding @NJTransit with $815M from the Corporate Transit Fee. This will mean more New Jerseyans can count on buses 🚍 and trains 🚆 to get to work and recreation safely, affordably, and in a climate-friendly way.
