Just completed my 1st ever 5k race in preparation for New Forest Marathon 5k in Sept - 39mins, slow, but 9 weeks ago I couldn't even run! V pleased!

@forestcyclist agree! 3 shops, 1 cafe closed in Lyndhurst recently & definitely less traffic, unless maybe more are coming by bike instead!
